Delphic Dreaming Conference

Vanaf vrijdag 31 juli 2026 tot en met zondag 2 augustus 2026 neemt een lid van onze vereniging deel aan de Delphic Dreaming Conference. Voor geïnteresseerden geven we hieronder verdere gegevens over deze conferentie met de link voor meer informatie. Eén van de sprekers is Bhaskar Banerji, die onlangs nog een webinar voor VSD-leden over Geld, dromen en magie heeft gehouden.

We are pleased to share with you the upcoming Delphic Dreaming Conference, taking place in Delphi, Greece, from July 31 to August 2, 2026.

The conference explores dreaming as a cross-disciplinary field, bridging depth psychology, anthropology, neuroscience, cultural studies, and the arts. Inspired by the historical and symbolic significance of Delphi as a center of oracular practice, the event focuses particularly on the role of dreams as tools for insight, anticipation, and meaning-making.

The program includes:
– 7 presentations
– 18 experiential workshops
– 2 performances
– 2 exhibitions
– Additional post-conference activities

Contributors from diverse backgrounds — including psychotherapists, researchers, artists, and facilitators — will engage with both contemporary and traditional approaches to dreaming, with a special emphasis on indigenous dream cultures and Greek dream heritage.
